In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below. Defined terms may appear in singular or plural form as context requires.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with rt666, you must meet all of the following criteria:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
4. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through rt666 or any other gambling operator.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
6. You have not previously had an rt666 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

rt666 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account only on rt666. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason — including to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

During registration you will be required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national ID or passport)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Indonesian mobile telephone number
• Preferred deposit currency (IDR)
• A secure password of your choosing

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Any activity performed using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify rt666 support immediately at [email protected]. rt666 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Member failed to protect their login credentials with reasonable care.

rt666 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any other time rt666 deems appropriate, Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC). rt666 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and treats the KYC process as non-negotiable.

Acceptable identity documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Indonesian Passport (Paspor Republik Indonesia)
• Indonesian Driver's License (SIM) — as a supplementary document only

In addition to a primary identity document, rt666 may request:

• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (issued within the last 90 days)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits

Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC. rt666 aims to process completed KYC submissions within 24–48 hours (WIB). If your submission is rejected, our support team will advise on the reason and what documentation is required to resubmit.

rt666 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga
• E-Wallets: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and promotional period. rt666 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the funds are confirmed received by rt666's payment processor. Bank transfer confirmations typically arrive within 1–15 minutes during standard WIB banking hours. E-wallet transactions are usually instant.

rt666 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance programme. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. The following conditions apply:

1. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If this is not possible, rt666 will request an alternative verified account in the Member's own name.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed in the withdrawal interface at the time of request.
4. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
5. rt666 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for most withdrawal requests. Complex cases, weekend requests, and requests requiring additional compliance review may take longer.

rt666 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. rt666 is not responsible for third-party fees deducted from withdrawal amounts.

rt666 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms abuse, or a pending compliance investigation. Where this occurs, we will notify the Member and provide an estimated resolution timeline where possible.

rt666 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members in good standing only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement (minimum 20x unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page) before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bets placed on certain game categories or at certain stake levels may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are displayed on the promotion's specific terms page.
• rt666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where this would be detrimental to Members who have already opted into that promotion and are actively working towards its requirements.

All bets placed on rt666 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the rt666 system and a bet confirmation reference is issued. Bets placed during system maintenance windows are void.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are determined by the game provider, event type, and the Member's account tier. rt666 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any Member at its discretion.
• All mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual legs to be resolved before winnings are calculated. A single void leg reduces the accumulator by one fold rather than voiding the entire bet, unless stated otherwise for a specific event.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (e.g., an odds feed error resulting in obviously incorrect pricing), rt666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts.
• For live casino and RNG-based games, the published rules of the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) govern gameplay outcomes. These rules are accessible within each game's interface.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by the official draw of the relevant lottery provider. Disputes regarding draw outcomes are referred to the official draw record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rt666 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and where applicable, the withholding of account balances pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system component
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation technology
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at rt666 staff or other Members
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Members' accounts or to rt666's back-end systems

Voluntary Closure: Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with these rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after identity checks are complete.

Suspension by rt666: rt666 may suspend or close an account at its discretion if:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• A compliance or fraud investigation is underway
• The Member is found to be ineligible (including being under 21 years of age)
• A self-exclusion request has been processed
• rt666 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, rt666 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance. Any such decision will be communicated to the Member in writing, with the grounds for the decision stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rt666 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or business opportunity
• Losses arising from interruptions to Platform service, including scheduled and emergency maintenance periods
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or failures
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, rt666's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

rt666 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds data, or the performance of third-party game content.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by Members is governed by the rt666 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, rt666 collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, and deliver a personalized gaming experience. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

3. Jurisdiction: For the avoidance of doubt, Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so voluntarily and acknowledge that the Platform is operated under an international licence. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions creates or implies a legal right to gamble online under Indonesian domestic law.
